Biography

Based in South Africa, Rev Mashudu Muthivhi is an ordained and seasoned minister of the Gospel, and an ardent academic who has a demostrated history of working in the education management industry. He is a designated Religious Specialist by the Association of Christian Religious Practitioners (ACRP) professional body. 

REV the scholar

Rev. Muthivhi is an NIHSS-SAHUDA doctoral scholarship fellow, a DHET UCDP/USDP grant programme fellow and a Study of the United States Institutes (SUSI) for Scholars for Religious Pluralism program fellow. He holds a degree in Theology, an Honours degree in Practical Theology and a Master of Arts in African Studies and is a member of the Society for Practical Theology of South Africa and the Church History Society of Southern Africa.

SUSI 2022

Rev is a SUSI 2022 scholar programme fellow. The Study of United State Institues (SUSI) for Scholars is a postgraduate program that examines religious pluralism in the United States and its intersection with American democracy.

Rev Muthivhi has demonstrated over the years a focussed and diligent disposition in the execution of academic and research activities...He will become one of the leading young African scholars of the future...
